Before ending, it must be added here that BCTE intends to keep a proper Student to Teacher ratio for adequate attention to each and every individual. And, the Government Regulations on reservation for SC, ST and OBC will always be observed to cater education to the deprived section of Indian Society – at – large.

The R & D division of BCTE encourages the student to do several REAL - TIME Practical Projects in different disciplines. Thus, students are coached and trained for competitive exam like IAS, WBCS etc. in INDIA. With time, R & D division will shift its activities from more Industry oriented research to more academic oriented research to create more teachers than more managers.
Practice Teaching Training: Students are sent to different schools for two months to develop their teaching ability. The students are sent to the secondary & higher secondary schools within 5 K.M. for practice teaching before their final teaching examination.
BRATACHARI TRAINING: Students are given Bratachari training by the experts for co-curricular activity.
OTHER TRAINING: Students are given the first aid training by the first aid expert for co-curricular activity.
The Institute has a fully air conditioned computer laboratory having 30 PC connected to a Central server through Local Area Network. In free time any students get laboratory for computer practice. Students are trained for advanced computing in future. All the PC having Internet connection through proxy Server. So students can be attached to the world through Internet.
The Institute provides educational lab with all kinds of teaching aids and having accommodation of 50 students at a time.
A wide range of colourful and contemporary devices kept in our mathematics lab facilitate the students to challenge their co-learners and thus to develop their mathematical skills further. Learning in a lab evokes a feeling of joy among our students by making the learning a fun-filling factor. The real-life situations and practical experiences help them to increase their analytical thinking and calculating power.
Our social science lab provides the students the platform where they are free to present themselves. Sketches, globes, and other images related to the topics of Geography, History, and Civics are kept so that the students can learn the subject with more concentration. Debates, group discussions, and seminars are also conducted here.
Setting up of Art & Craft resource Center in our institution has enabled the students to expand their creativity. By developing values and skills, the students boost the self-dependence to cater to the daily needs of an individual’s community and family. Consequently, their productivity increases to a great extent.
In our music lab, we aim to make lives better by teaching music and various types of creative activities. As a result, our students gain an in-depth knowledge of music which helps them to perform in musical entertainments and concerts. Starting from mridangam to digital tanpura, our students can expect to get all kinds of musical instruments here.
This lab is designed in a way that it gives all the required information to promote overall wellness in our students. Through game play, we teach the students various types of exercises that will help them to stay fit. We have, in fact, integrated technology to use it effectively in the curriculum of physical education.
To impart real-life knowledge to our students, we have set up well-equipped science lab in our school. The students are able to carry out their experiments with ease because of the availability of enough specimens, devices, and chemicals. Highly-qualified teachers with their years of experience in this field play a great role in helping the students to explore different aspects of science.
Creating a well-organized environment for e-learning is the main objective behind our setting up of Language lab in the college. Through various interactive activities in the lab, the students are allowed to reinforce what they have learned in the class.
The Institute has a computerized central library with the objective of supporting academic and research Programmes of the Institute. The library is centrally placed and easily accessible. The library has a collection of over 5000 volumes in different subjects, 7 technical journals (national and international) and other periodicals, magazines and dailies (Regional-3, English-2). The major thrust areas of the library collection are technical, management, education, language teaching, literature of Bengali and English. The library also has a sizeable collection of materials in History, Cultural Studies and Religion. The library also possesses reports, pamphlets, articles, audio and video-cassettes collected from sources in India. The Reference Section for Bengali and English contain documents such as dictionaries and encyclopedias. There is also a separate textbook section housing books prescribed for specific courses provided by the Institute.
